Brewery Introduction

Kavalan Whisky Distillery was founded in 2005 as Taiwan’s very first whisky maker in Yilan Plain, named after the indigenous Kavalan people. Using pristine snow-melt water and the island’s unique subtropical climate blended with Pacific sea breezes, it creates whiskies of exceptional depth and character.
