農口尚彥先生雖然以釀造「山廢」清酒而為人稱道，但這款純米酒作為定番酒款，為了表達更為清爽輕快的酒體，卻是用上了速釀酛製作，然後以生原酒姿態出荷。作為定番入門酒款，定位非常清晰，不但要易於入口，更要於甜酸苦味中取得絕佳的平衡，從而與最多的料理配搭。

入口能感受到芬芳的花香與一絲的柑橘調，然後是清晰明顯的米旨感，口感輕快而順滑，有丁點酸味但卻溫和，收結帶點礦物感。適合冷飲或室溫飲用，亦可將酒燗熱至攝氏40-45度左右，配搭鹽燒魚、海鮮、串燒等料理一同享用，是一款非常適合魚貝類的絕佳食中酒。
