此清酒是有「山廢釀造的代名詞」之稱的石川縣知名清酒「農口尚彥」的最新山廢酒款，由日本傳奇杜氏農口尚彥先生主理釀造。「能登杜氏」四天王之一的農口尚彥先生是復興「山廢」釀造方法的最大推動者之一，釀造出的「山廢」作品均有豐富的層次感，酒迷們絕對不容錯過！

「農口尚彥」先生是吟釀酒和復興「山廢」釀造方法的最大推動者。曾經釀造過許多金賞清酒。年過90的他，不但獲得了厚生勞動省指定的釀造行業的最高榮譽。在兩次退休後再次挑戰釀酒並開設「農口尚彦研究所」，他對超越自我的釀酒追求，令品牌成功引起了社會各界的關注和讚譽，是位日本的傳奇杜氏。
