提到近年大熱清酒的話，相信不少酒迷都必定會想到位於山口縣的人氣酒造「大嶺酒造」。以一到五粒「米粒」剪影作區別不同級數的酒款，既簡潔又時尚，是在清酒界非常具有關注度的銘柄。「春風霞酒」來自酒造最受歡迎的超人氣清酒系列「3粒米」，是一年只釀造一回的春季限定「生原酒」作品。釀造原料為夢幻酒米「愛山」，以此酒米釀造的清酒有著獨特且怡人的花果香氣，更被喻為是「酒米之中的鑽石」。開瓶時散發出如葡萄、荔枝般的怡人果香，酒內保留少量酒粕，令口感更錦密水潤，中段米味甘甜飽滿，餘韻悠長，令人有種如沐春風的感覺！適合冷飲至室溫配搭海鮮、壽司、或刺身等一同享用。

酒藏介紹

山口縣的人氣酒造「大嶺酒造」所有酒款都以當地最高級的「弁天水」來釀造，與酒廠本身相呼應的黑白極簡酒瓶瓶身由瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」操刀。除了以非常簡單的「米粒」剪影取代了傳統的「書法」題字酒標之外，亦用上能防止清酒變質的不透光玻璃材質，而酒標上的一到五粒米則用作區別純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、無規格酒等不同的級數的酒款之用！
