「LIBROM」是一個在日本近年興起的年輕清酒銘柄，主打釀造加入各種食材作副原料一同發酵的手工清酒。而此清酒為銘柄的新作品，加入由福岡「星野村」精心栽培的完熟柚子一同釀製，「星野村」位於九州北部，是於2012年因暴雨而受損的地區之一，近年致力於農業的復興，他們所栽種的農作物全為100%無農藥栽培，務求將最好的帶給享用的人。為了可最大限度地發揮完熟柚子的甜味和清爽香氣，「LIBROM」的釀酒師特地在釀製此酒時，將果肉及果皮分別搗碎再加入酒醪之中，有興趣的酒迷快來入手，一同感受柚子的魅力吧！開栓時散發著清新的柚子香氣，完熟柚子柔和的甜味與柚子皮的輕微苦味相協調，味道甘苦平衡，收結時能感受到清爽的酸味，整體風格相當清新。除了冷凍單飲，亦可搭配較清淡的海鮮、烤魚，或涼拌、沙律等清爽小菜，另外，亦可加入梳打水搭配燒烤或炸物料理等一同享用。

位於福岡市中心的「LIBROM」是一家以釀造Craft Sake為主的酒造。為了成為現今年輕世代熟悉和喜愛的清酒銘柄，酒造在釀造場旁附設了一間小酒館，讓到來的客人可一邊觀賞清酒釀造過程一邊享用新鮮的清酒和小吃，更可與釀酒師直接對話，做法相當新穎。LIBROM除了保留傳統清酒的並行複發酵工藝之外，亦加入各種時令的花卉或水果作副原料一同發酵，作品的清新風格以及有別於一般果酒的口感和味道，令他們很快便成為了城中的熱話，更被冠以「真·高級果酒」的稱號。
