「天地人酒莊 Lou Dumont」位於法國葡萄酒寶地之一的Bourgogne產區，是一家由日本人創辦的法國小型酒莊，由被稱為「Bourgogne酒神」的傳奇人物Henri Jayer幫忙開發及指導，每年釀造約70桶葡萄酒，由於酒莊的規模不大，釀酒師兼莊主仲田晃司先生能夠完全掌握每一桶酒的品質，並能更好地將每款葡萄酒的特性展現至極致。「天地人酒莊」的作品推出以來，不僅獲得過不少酒評家讚賞，亦獲得如「Decanter」等知名葡萄酒雜誌的好評，在日本的人氣葡萄酒漫畫「神の雫」之中，酒莊的作品更獲大力推崇，成績彪炳，有興趣的酒迷不妨入手一試。此酒100%以產自Bourgogne地區的Chardonnay葡萄釀造，散發柑橘、葡萄柚般的迷人香氣，清爽的口感之中夾雜些許礦物質感，酸味舒適均衡。是一款果香充沛、適合用來配搭生蠔、烤魚等不同的魚類料理一同享用的美酒佳釀。

酒莊介紹

「Lou Dumont 天地人酒莊」由日本人仲田晃司和他的韓國妻子於2000年在法國Bourgogne的「Nuits-Saint-Georges」創立，後遷至「Gevrey-Chambertin」。由於對Bourgogne葡萄酒的熱愛，仲田晃司便開始在該地釀酒。「Lou Dumont 天地人酒莊」其實是一家酒商（maison），意思是從其他葡萄農購買葡萄後，再自行發酵、熟成及裝瓶。雖然生產葡萄的葡萄園並不屬於仲田先生所有，但大多數的葡萄均由仲田先生親自採收，並對葡萄串進行篩選，讓仲田先生能了解葡萄的成熟度和確保材料的好品質。受到被稱為「Bourgogne酒神」的友人 - Henri Jayer的影響，仲田先生將他的釀酒哲學融入自己所釀製的葡萄酒之中，讓「天地人酒莊」的葡萄酒不僅有著日本人對事物的一絲不苟，還有法國人對葡萄酒的傳統和專業技藝的敬意。
