About the brewery

Yoshida Sake Brewery was founded in 1870 at the foot of Mount Hakusan, one of Japan’s three sacred mountains. Renowned for pioneering the avant-garde Modern Yamahai method with lower fermentation temperatures, it crafts delicate sakes that blend crisp smoothness with gentle acidity. To nurture successors, it divides main production into two lines: Tedorigawa for elegant balance, and Yoshida Kura u for local rice with modern low-alcohol style. Both deliver superior quality and flavour, making them Ishikawa’s most iconic brands.
