酒藏介紹

創業於1870年的「吉田酒造店」位於日本三大神山之一的白山山麓之中，坐落於「手取川」旁的他們現為該區僅存的唯一一家釀造所。酒造以「只用當地的原料釀造當地的清酒」為釀造主題，主要使用種植在酒藏周遭的米為原料，為了培養後繼者和傳承傳統技術，酒造將釀酒場分成兩條支線，分別為以山本杜氏為中心、主要釀造定番酒款的「手取川」，以及吉田杜氏為中心、以當地的米、水、酵母為釀造原料的「吉田藏」。代表品牌「手取川」以「山田錦」和「五百万石」為基礎，在釀造的過程之中融入最新技術，因作品的質量和味道表現出色，在全國各地受到不少酒迷青睞，現在已成為石川縣最著名的清酒銘柄之一。
