播州一獻位於兵庫縣，這裡傳統上就是生產最高品質「山田錦」的地方，因此酒藏這次就以兵庫特A地區吉川產山田錦作為原料。而酒藏也作出了兩個新穎的釀造手法：首先是使用酒造獨家「重力系統」，上槽後不使用泵，也不收集於盆內，而是第2天於無塵空間直接把酒裝瓶，透過重力系統減少搾酒時的壓力，令清酒更新鮮，氣泡感更強，酒體更清爽。其次是運用「真吟精米」磨米法，即以扁平精米方式把米粒邊沿削去，更有效去除蛋白質，即使精米步合與其他酒一樣，口感也會更細淡麗細膩。

Spring Shine 希望表達「春天的光輝」的感覺，酒瓶透明而光亮，開瓶時便能感受到充足氣泡感，更有充滿活力的輕快酸度，伴隨其後的是柔和春風般的白桃、熱帶水果、檸檬一類酸甜風味。酒體清新宜人而餘味乾淨，令人不自覺喝了一杯又一杯。酒藏建議5-10度冷飲，適合配搭鹽燒青花魚等豐富油脂料理，也適合配搭野菜及沙律等清爽料理。

酒藏介紹

位於兵庫縣宍栗市的山陽盃酒造以「播州一獻」成名，播州即兵庫縣舊稱，傳統上就是日本的穀倉，米收成豐富，所以山陽盃酒造不只全量使用兵庫縣產米，更只堅持用「兵庫縣原生」米種。當地日夜溫差非常大，加上揖保川天然軟水的硬度只有約30mg/L，為釀造帶來絕佳條件，清酒柔和順滑，更能彰顯酒米特色。酒藏雖於2018年遭受火災影響，但在現任杜氏壺坂雄一的領導下，於2019年重建，更增添新型防鏽麴室及冷凍酒母室，絕對是清酒值得期待新星！
