這款清酒原是酒造因日本皇室愛子公主誕生的特別製作酒款，亦是由日本皇室在國宴中用來招待各重要貴賓的清酒。吟撰的味道像是在平穩的香味中帶著一絲如葡萄和柚子般輕微苦澀的辛口酒。酒造採用了山田錦來釀製此酒，其精米步合為50%，經過零度儲藏一年熟成，是一款最適合品嚐「梵」的入門酒品。

酒藏介紹

位於福井縣的「加藤吉平商店」創業於1860年，銘柄名稱「梵」取至梵語「潔淨無暇」的意思，英文名「BORN」則代表邁向未來的「誕生」和「創造」。出產的每款清酒均以人手釀造並且至少經過一年的「冰溫熟成」，酒體不單止醇厚柔滑，更經常被選為日本政府招待賓客的指定酒之一，繼而成為享譽國際的人氣清酒銘柄。
