此清酒為負10度調整熟成的純米大吟釀，為世界級清酒「梵」所主理的人氣酒款，酒造只在裝瓶後作一次加熱殺菌，將大吟釀的芳香以及美味完整的鎖進樽內。而這種調整熟成的特徵就是淡淡金黃色的酒液。作品有著淡淡花香以及梨子氣味，配合其酒質圓潤的特點，使其成為一款出色的餐前酒。

酒藏介紹

「加藤吉平商店」創業於1860年，銘柄名稱「梵」取至梵語「潔淨無暇」的意思，英文名「BORN」則代表邁向未來的「誕生」和「創造」。出產的每款清酒均以人手釀造並且至少經過一年的「冰溫熟成」，酒體不單止醇厚柔滑，更經常被選為日本政府招待賓客的指定酒之一，繼而成為享譽國際的人氣清酒銘柄。
