Brewery Introduction
Daisekkei Sake Brewing was founded in 1898 in Azumino, Nagano. True to its motto “delicious sake for everyday dining,” the brewery uses pure snowmelt water from the Northern Alps and locally contracted Miyamanishiki rice. The result is exceptionally smooth sakes with a gentle dry finish that beautifully evoke the crisp, pure essence of snow-capped mountains. Selected as "Imperial Household sake" in 1953 and a multiple gold medalist at the Annual Japan Sake Awards.
