每年產量只有約500萬石的福井縣清酒「白岳仙」是當地知名的人氣銘柄之一。名稱「海松 Miru」取自一種日本的傳統顏色，因該顏色與海松（一種海藻）相似，因而得名。此作品是銘柄的最新作品，亦是一款只在夏季推出的限定酒款，貫徹酒造的宗旨，此作品100%採用由福井縣指定地區所生產的「五百万石」為釀造原料，作品酒精度不高且有著「白岳仙」作品出眾的透明感，整體味道美麗優雅，是一款適合在炎熱時節享用的時令清酒，酒迷們不容錯過。開瓶散發出溫和的香氣，酒質滑順，當你把它放進嘴裡時，溫婉卻富有存在感的米旨味在整個口腔中擴散，餘味清爽，口感透明。除了適合單獨品嚐，亦推薦冷飲配搭貝類、或燒烤等肉類菜餚一同享用。

酒藏介紹

創立於嘉永6年（即1853年）的「安本酒造」坐落在福井縣東部一個寧靜的鄉村景觀中，每年所生產的清酒不多，約只有500萬石左右。以「究極食中酒」為釀造目標的「白岳仙」由第47代目社長兼首席釀酒師安本武先生親自主理，100%使用福井縣生產的酒造好適米以及來自名水「白山」山眽的中硬水釀造，因「白岳仙」的作品有著高質的透明感，很適合搭配各種日本料理，在日本受到不少酒迷的青睞。
