「花邑」是少有由「十四代」高木酒造的社長高木顯統先生親自指導，並且聯手開發的清酒系列，在日本受到不少年輕酒迷的青睞。由造麴到壓榨，高木酒造提供全面技術支持，確保酒款展現「十四代」特色的果香與透明感。酒標設計與命名亦由高木酒造建議，可見兩者品牌聯繫緊密。

此作以高木酒造耗時18年研發的酒米「酒未來」為釀造原料，入口散發著蜜瓜、水晶梨、麝香葡萄與白花等纖細而高貴優雅的香氣，整體層次分明，口感柔軟順滑，收結乾淨俐落。建議5-10度冷飲，適合搭配刺身、白身魚、生蠔、天婦羅或清淡海鮮料理享用。

酒藏介紹

位於秋田縣南部湯沢市的「両関酒造」創業於明治7年 (即1874年)，旗下銘柄「花邑」因從米種、釀造、儲藏手法到酒標設計均是由釀造「十四代」的「高木酒造」社長親自指導，在清酒界也被稱為「小十四代」。「両関酒造」除了已有數百年歷史的釀造經驗之外，酒藏本身亦是秋田縣首間被列入「有形文化財產」的建築，他們更創下了京都以東第一間獲得「全国清酒品評会優等賞」的壯舉，是當地引以為傲的酒造之一。
