來自秋田縣的「花邑」是少有由釀造清酒之王「十四代」的「高木酒造」的社長親自指導及聯手開發的清酒系列，推出以來受到不少酒迷的愛戴，更暱稱其為「小十四代」。此清酒是「花邑」的限定酒款，亦是銘柄首款以酒米之王「山田錦」釀造的清酒作品，是一款結合了「山田錦」獨特的風味和「花邑」具代表性的高雅香氣的芬芳佳釀。作品的精米步合度達至45%，華麗怡人的吟釀香氣在開栓時溢出，口感絲滑，味道甘味，米味溫和，整體出色地將「山田錦」的包裹感和平衡性呈現，相當值得細味。除了適合冷凍單飲，用來配搭海鮮、刺身、懷石、OMAKASE等味道較多元的料理亦同樣出色。

酒藏介紹
位於秋田縣南部湯沢市的「両関酒造」創業於明治7年 (即1874年)，旗下銘柄「花邑」因從米種、釀造、儲藏手法到酒標設計均是由釀造「十四代」的「高木酒造」社長親自指導，在清酒界也被稱為「小十四代」。「両関酒造」除了已有數百年歷史的釀造經驗之外，酒藏本身亦是秋田縣首間被列入「有形文化財產」的建築，他們更創下了京都以東第一間獲得「全国清酒品評会優等賞」的壯舉，是當地引以為傲的酒造之一。作品只有「一升瓶(1800ml)」容量的「花邑」香氣華麗，整體充滿果實感且尾韻輕柔，在日本不管是年輕的酒迷還是資深的日本酒愛好家都對此系列的作品愛不釋手，有興趣的酒迷盡快入手吧！
