酒藏介紹

青森縣十和田市的鳩正宗酒造，名字由來是昭和年間，一隻白鴿於酒造的神壇築了巢，從此生意蒸蒸日上，令酒造相信白鴿是好運之神，因此改名「鳩正宗」。酒造一直堅持「青森酒米、青森之水、青森出身杜氏」的想法，因此採用奧入瀨溪流的軟水，並主要採用青森地元酒米品種如「華想」、「華吹雪」、「吟烏帽子」等，製作真正的地酒。時至今日，鳩正宗已12次獲得新酒鑑評會金賞，更於2014年被提名為「青森縣卓越技能者」。
