配搭：建議以5-10度冷飲，使用白酒杯品飲，配搭沙律、泰國及越南菜，也非常適合配搭水果類甜點享用

飛鸞「W. Adams」以岡山縣產有機朝日米作原料。William Adams即大名鼎鼎的三浦按針，這位英國航海士於1600年漂流至日本長崎，受德川家康青睞賜名，不但成為日本第一位外藉武士，更成為德川幕府的外交顧問，並在平戶度過餘生，實是日本歷史的傳奇人物。此作以數字「7」為題，因此日本酒度為-7，使用協會7號酵母，精米步合77％，可以想像此酒是傾向甘口，而且富含果香與乳酸感的新派清酒。

入口帶微碳酸感，蜜瓜、水晶梨與葡萄柚等多種清新果香撲鼻，口感水潤多汁，酸度明亮，中後段表現微妙的米香，收結爽快而帶點乳酸感。作品複雜多變，兼具果甜、果酸、乳酸感、氣泡感、米香，實在令人拍案叫絕，不禁一杯又一杯。建議以5-10度冷飲，使用白酒杯品飲，配搭沙律、泰國及越南菜，也非常適合配搭水果類甜點享用。

位於長崎縣平戶市的「森酒造場」創業於1859年，是一家有超過160年的釀造歷史的百年酒造。旗下銘柄「飛鸞」以活用自然環境為主題，一律只選用「無農藥栽培」的酒米為釀造原料，作品吟釀香氣豐富，口感水潤，是當地SAKETIME排名第二位的人氣清酒。
