飛鸞高人氣的「Reborn 生酛貴釀酒」近年於一眾貴釀酒中創出了名堂，而這款「Cedar 杉樽熟成」則是酒藏的創新前衛限定品，以Reborn生酛貴釀酒為基底，在放到日本甚少用的「雪松木桶」中繼續進行熟成，透過生酛技法，讓自然乳酸與貴釀酒的甘酸完美融合，造就有層次的酸度。相比原有版本，更增添丁點煙燻及烘烤麥芽感，旨味濃醇卻後味輕快，味道充滿衝突卻不突兀，喜愛嚐新的飲者絕對不能錯過！

位於長崎縣平戶市的「森酒造場」創業於1859年，是一家有超過160年的釀造歷史的百年酒造。旗下銘柄「飛鸞」以活用自然環境為主題，一律只選用「無農藥栽培」的酒米為釀造原料，作品吟釀香氣豐富，口感水潤，是當地SAKETIME排名第二位的人氣清酒。
