來自盛產美味海鮮之地的港口城市石卷市的清酒「日高見」一直以「成為真正地酒」為目標，是宮城縣知名的清酒銘柄之一。而「勝色」更是銘柄的大熱作品。以象徵繁榮的「葫蘆」和有「勝利」之意的「Japan Blue」為外瓶設計，獨特的外型且喻意吉祥，用來送禮或留在家中作擺設用途都非常合適。釀造原料方面，酒造亦奢侈地將品質優良的「兵庫縣特A地區山田錦」精磨至40%，大大減少了酒中的雜味，加上特別選取了珍貴且味道最平衡的「中取り」部分裝瓶，絕對值得大家一試！開瓶散發出華麗怡人的水果香氣，口感滑順柔和，米飯的細滑甜味蔓延口腔，後味適中，餘韻悠長，整體味道優雅且平衡。除了冷凍單飲，亦適合冷飲配搭不同的海鮮、懷石，割烹、等高級料理一同享用。
