人氣銘柄「鳳凰美田」於SAKETIME栃木縣排名NO.2，此酒款是它們的季節限定商品。「小林酒造」將清酒上糟後最初一段「荒走り」和清酒上糟的最後一段「責め/押切り」合併，是市面而非常少見的釀造法。

酒造以「無濾過本生」的方式最大限度地保留了荒走獨有如新鮮水果般香氣，酒裡面保留了初段少量酒粕，因此口感濃醇。入口是香甜的瓜果香，中段帶出「山田錦」柔和的米旨味，餘韻停留口腔內悠久不散。作品整體新鮮清爽，卻又濃醇飽滿，大概是荒押合拼才能展現的獨特口味吧！建議冷飲配搭生蠔、海鮮、或刺身一同享用。當然單獨享用也極之推薦！

「小林酒造」創業於1872年，旗下最廣為人知的銘柄「鳳凰美田」所出品的清酒酒款都具有豐盈口感、濃郁吟釀香氣和飽滿米旨味！雖然曾面臨倒閉，但經過第五代小林正樹先生和妻子真由美小姐，加上一眾有實力的藏人們一番努力後，近年終於成為受世界所關注的酒造之一。
