味道：入口帶有剛炊好的米香旨味，配以青爽的青草感，清爽柔和的口感伴隨活躍的酸度，收結微澀而辛口，最適宜配餐

配搭：最好是熱燗至50度左右享用，另外建議15-20度冷飲。配搭串燒、涮涮鍋、烤雞、煎炸食物、椒鹽鮮魷等，非常百搭

「百十郎」以岐阜當地的歌舞伎者市川百十郎命名，酒藏旗下的酒標都以不同顏色的歌舞伎面具「隈取」為靈感，這款「赤面大辛口」以紅色隈取為題，個性熱情而處事爽快俐落，象徵此酒的特性乾爽辛口而酒質俐落。2019年，林本店取得「無添加乳酸菌發酵製法」特許專利，乳酸感會更強烈，同時帶出旨味，喜歡辛口及重口味的酒迷不可不試！

入口帶有剛炊好的米香旨味，配以清爽的草本氣息，清爽柔和的口感伴隨活躍的酸度，收結帶有紅茶般的微澀，辛口俐落，味道上雖然樸素無華，但飲用體驗上非常舒服，最適宜配餐。最好是熱燗至50度左右享用，另外建議15-20度冷飲。配搭串燒、涮涮鍋、烤雞、煎炸食物、椒鹽鮮魷等，非常百搭。

酒藏介紹

林本店位於岐阜縣各務原市。話說於1935年左右，歌舞伎者市川百十郎贈送了1200棵櫻花樹，稱為「百十郎櫻」，後來此地更成為了櫻花名所，因此「百十郎」銘柄源自酒藏渴望釀造適合邊飲邊欣賞「百十郎櫻」的清酒。酒藏被日本三大清流的長良川包圍，順理成章使用長良川的超軟水造酒，加上無添加乳酸菌發酵，因此令酒體層次更為豐富。
