「一白水成」是秋田縣的人氣清酒銘柄，亦是由世界級清酒「新政」為首、極具話題性的團體「NEXT 5」的成員之一。酒藏非常注重地酒觀念，亦於所在地五城目町建立了「五城目町酒米研究會」，與地元農家共同栽培酒米。以此酒為例，麴米來自五城目町的「吟之精」，而掛米則來自五城目町的「秋田酒小町」，加上酒藏地下的中硬水，非常反映五城目町一帶的風土特色。

此酒作為細濁酒，保留微量的酒粕，形成輕盈的濁感與自然的微發泡口感。開瓶散發出熱情果、桃子與柑橘類水果的清新香氣，伴隨著小許米香與酵母的酸甜感，口感清爽活潑有炭酸感，收尾帶有米香與微澀，令此酒層次非常豐富。適合5-10度冷飲，配搭炸物、海鮮、牛油醬料理或火鍋等味道濃郁的菜式。

創立於1688年的「福祿壽酒造」位於秋田縣，是已有三百多年釀造歷史的老牌酒造。他們因特別注重溫度和濕度的管理，所推出的作品均以高質量和味道表現穩定見稱，成為了許多酒迷的佐餐酒心頭好。於2018年更與秋田縣四間極具影響力的酒造(「新政酒造」、「栗林酒造」、「山本合名」、「秋田釀造」)合作推出名為「NEXT 5」的話題清酒系列，是在秋田縣釀造歷史中佔有無可取替的位置的百年酒造。
