「一白水成」是秋田縣的人氣清酒銘柄，亦是由世界級清酒「新政」為首、極具話題性的團體「NEXT 5」的成員之一，有著於SAKETIME全日本排名TOP 100的佳績，自推出以來，一直是許多酒迷的佐餐酒心頭好。而此作品更是展現其精湛技藝的代表作。「袋吊り」的意思是指清酒在釀造後以袋吊方式的滴取酒液，由於在釀造過程不會拖加任何外來的壓力去搾取，因此每次產量不多，可說每一滴都是極其珍貴的精華所在，加上作品於釀造後沒有經過「火入れ」的程序，令清酒的風味更突出。開瓶散發宛如青蘋果般的清新香氣，入口後甘甜而不膩，酒體細膩平衡，餘韻中帶有淡雅的清香，層次細緻，絕對是值得一試的佳釀。適合冷飲，配搭海鮮、刺身、壽司或烤魚等一同享用。

創立於1688年的「福祿壽酒造」位於秋田縣，是已有三百多年釀造歷史的老牌酒造。他們因特別注重溫度和濕度的管理，所推出的作品均以高質量和味道表現穩定見稱，成為了許多酒迷的佐餐酒心頭好。於2018年更與秋田縣四間極具影響力的酒造(「新政酒造」、「栗林酒造」、「山本合名」、「秋田釀造」)合作推出名為「NEXT 5」的話題清酒系列，是在秋田縣釀造歷史中佔有無可取替的位置的百年酒造。
