「磯自慢」是在SAKETIME靜岡縣排名第一的清酒銘柄，此作品更是銘柄「ラッパボトル(GRAPPA酒瓶)」清酒系列的高級作品！釀造原料「愛山」一向有著夢幻酒米的稱號，而用來釀製此酒的「兵庫縣特A地區產愛山」比一般「愛山」的產量更稀少、品質相對更優良。

建議開栓後透氣至少一小時才開始仔細品飲，此酒便會散發華麗的哈密瓜、香蕉與洋梨的濃郁吟釀香，伴隨輕微花香與米旨味，層次豐富，口感柔滑而圓潤，帶有清爽的礦物感尾韻，餘韻悠長，濃郁而平衡感極佳。可於10-15度以白葡萄酒杯冷飲，配搭海鮮及刺身享用為最佳。

酒藏介紹

位於靜岡縣的「磯自慢酒造」創業於天保元年(西元1830年)，是「東條21」的其中一員，亦是最初開始研究吟釀酒釀造的酒造之一。酒造十分著重製麴的過程, 不單會用上比一般釀造(48小時)更長的時間去製麴,「大吟釀」系列甚至會用上80小時，亦是「磯自慢酒造」那濃郁芬芳的秘密。
