此清酒是SAKE TIME靜岡縣排名第一清酒銘柄「磯自慢」本年度IWC的金賞受賞作品，以頂尖質素的東條山田錦來釀造。麴米和掛米精米步合度不同，整體味道更複雜有層次。開瓶反散發出令人愉悅的芳郁吟釀香氣，口感滑順，入口味道清甜優雅，中段「山田錦」的溫和米旨味擴散，後段帶微酸，輕盈收結，整體甘酸平衡。是適合冷飲配搭生蠔、海鮮、壽司或刺身一同享用的佳釀。

酒藏介紹

磯自慢酒造創業於天保元年(西元1830年)屬於「東條21」的一員，以追求高品質的東條山田錦為目的，自社更擁有專產特A地區山田錦的「風土」。是最初開始研究吟釀酒釀造的酒造之一，亦十分著重製麴的過程, 會用上比一般釀造(48小時)以上的時間去製轉麴, 「大吟釀」系列甚至會用上80小時,亦是「磯自慢酒造」那濃郁芬芳的秘密。
