「上川大雪」全量清酒均為純米系，同時只會選用北海道生產的酒米。這款「上川大雪彗星特別純米」以北海道南幌町產的「彗星」酒米為原料，特點是香氣味道非常溫和，適合釀造淡麗辛口的食中酒，正好符合酒造注重「甜、辛、酸、苦、澀」五味平衡的方向。

入口散發麝香葡萄與水梨的果香，猶如葡萄的優雅酸味，米旨味在後段緩緩浮現，酒體柔軟，尾韻帶輕微礦物感，收結清爽乾淨，雖說是淡麗辛口風格的酒款，卻不沉悶單調，喉韻相對舒服，令人一再舉杯！適合10-15度冷飲，與北海道海產、燒牛排或日式醬燒料理搭配，亦可與大部分粵菜搭配，非常百搭。

酒藏介紹

上川大雪酒造的「綠丘藏」於2016年於北海道上川郡成立，理念是「地方創生」，旨在以日本酒振興北海道農業與經濟。為了達成如此宏願，酒造堅持與當地農民合作，100％使用北海道產酒米如「彗星」、「吟風」及「北雫」，使用北海道大雪山的超軟水，更於2020年於帶広市創立「碧雲藏」，2021年於函館創立「五稜乃藏」，分別以不同銘柄，展現北海道各地的風土特色。酒藏旗下清酒酒體柔和，強調甘辛平衡，以清爽優雅的酒質吸納了一大批支持者。
