Brewery Introduction

Founded in 2016 in Hokkaido, Kamikawa Taisetsu excels in 'local revitalization' to uplift local agriculture and economy via sake. The brewery partners with farmers using 100% Hokkaido rice like Suisei, Ginpu and Kitashizuku, alongside ultra-soft water from Daisetsu Mountains. Kamikawa Taisetsu opened new brewery in Obihiro in 2020, and another in Hakodate in 2021, showcasing regional terroir through distinct labels. Its sakes offer gentle body, balanced sweetness-dryness, and refreshing elegance that captivate fans.
