酒藏介紹

上川大雪酒造的「綠丘藏」於2016年於北海道上川郡成立，理念是「地方創生」，旨在以日本酒振興北海道農業與經濟。為了達成如此宏願，酒造堅持與當地農民合作，100％使用北海道產酒米如「彗星」、「吟風」及「北雫」，使用北海道大雪山的超軟水，更於2020年於帶広市創立「碧雲藏」，2021年於函館創立「五稜乃藏」，分別以不同銘柄，展現北海道各地的風土特色。酒藏旗下清酒酒體柔和，強調甘辛平衡，以清爽優雅的酒質吸納了一大批支持者。
