此清酒是宮城仙台市「勝山酒造」的馬年干支限定金箔酒。今年版本特別以珍貴的「袋吊」技法搾酒，把酒醪放到酒袋中倒吊，不施加任何壓力，只運用地心吸力令酒液滴下搾取，因此每次產量不多，可說每一滴都是極其珍貴的精華所在！開瓶前稍一搖晃酒瓶，金箔便在瓶中飄舞，貴氣十足，絕對是新年送禮的好選擇！

金箔酒通常都不以味道作為最大賣點，但此酒既然以貴重的袋吊技法釀造，質素自有保證。開瓶充滿華麗的南國熱帶水果如菠蘿、荔枝、紅蘋果等香氣，然後帶來令人舒適的米旨感，口感水潤豐厚，甘辛之間非常平衡，收尾餘韻悠長。適合以10-15度冷飲，建議配搭刺身及燒肉享用。

「勝山酒造」創業於元祿年間(即西元1688 - 1704年)，已有超過300年的釀造歷史，亦是現僅存在宮城縣仙台市的唯一一家酒造。為了追求極上的品質，酒造每星期只會釀製一缸清酒，使藏人可以專心管理且能釀造出品質最好的清酒。「勝山」的作品均以「泉ヶ岳」的軟水釀造，酒質圓潤易入口，米旨味豐富，是佐餐清酒的好選擇。
