配搭：適合5-10度冷飲，適合單飲，也可配搭刺身、海鮮及雞肉料理

光榮菊「Noon Crescent」意為「正午的峨眉月」，希望透過清爽高酸的明亮酒體，為大家抹去炎夏的暑氣。酒藏首次使用了北海道產的「吟風」作酒米，此酒米心白大，容易釀出芳醇酒質，因此有著「味道當屬吟風，俐落當屬彗星」的良好聲譽。酒藏亦首次使用了「佐賀葉隱酵母」，可為清酒帶來更多菠蘿香氣。

開瓶帶微氣泡感，入口有明亮的青檸、檸檬、柑橘、菠蘿香氣與洋梨果香，清新酸感而酒體輕盈，收結帶小量西柚感，優雅怡人。適合5-10度冷飲，適合單飲，也可配搭刺身、海鮮及雞肉料理。由於此酒酒精度低，因為非常適合初心者及女性享用。趁著炎炎夏日趕快入手吧！

人氣銘柄「光榮菊」是由兩位電視製作人和在能登流、南部流等實習研修過的杜氏山本克明先生(以「菊鷹」等作品而聞名)在2019承繼百年酒造「光榮菊酒造」後推出的清酒酒款。優雅的香氣、順滑的質感、酸旨味的平衡性、低酒精度等作品的代表性風格，令此銘柄只用了短短的半年時間便打入SAKETIME全日本頭十位的排名，絕對是值得期待的實力派酒造之一。
