山形縣清酒「くどき上手」一向以勇於創新和挑戰著稱，亦是山形縣排名僅次於清酒之王「十四代」的超人氣銘柄。此清酒是銘柄的全新作品，亦是限定只能在大阪地區販賣的酒款，手捧著當地名物「章魚燒」的浮世繪令人印象深刻，有收藏習慣的酒迷千萬不容錯過。此「大阪限定」作品再次展示了酒造高超的精米技術，將出名難以駕馭的「兵庫縣產たかね錦(高嶺錦)」精磨至超低33%，由於此米的蛋白質含量極少，釀造出的清酒香氣優雅，口感精緻，是非常具有挑戰性的米種之一。開瓶散發優雅的水果香氣，酒質非常乾淨，入口甘甜，餘韻清爽。除了冷凍單飲，亦適合與海鮮、刺身、壽司等一同享用。

酒藏介紹

提起山形縣的清酒，大家可能會聯想起十四代的高木酒造。但排名僅僅在高木酒造之後的「龜之井酒造」，大家又識唔識呢？創業於1875年的「龜之井酒造」以穩定、頂尖的品質成功贏得山形縣一帶市民的名聲。釀造用的主要酵母之一「小川(10號)酵母」在學師時期已深深吸引了五代目，其特徵除了低酸度且味道清爽之外，亦能充分發揮清酒的水果香氣。之後在昭和時期為了進軍東京，以「くどき上手」這個品牌推出清酒，並以浮世繪作為酒標，繼而大受歡迎。
