Owner Shunji Imai, during his Showa-era apprenticeship, was attracted by Ogawa No.10 yeast, with its low acidity and crisp taste unleashing aromatic fruit aromas. This inspired his resolve to craft elegantly sweet sakes adorned with iconic ukiyo-e labels, conquering the national scene. Today, Kudokijozu enchants fans with its supreme fruity ginjo style in every sip.
