味道：濃郁的蜜瓜、麝香葡萄與香蕉風味，酒體幼滑如絲，味道甘甜可口而優雅怡人，整體感覺非常舒服

配搭：適合5-10度冷飲，建議以白葡萄酒杯享用，配搭刺身、海鮮為最佳

龜之井酒造今年迎來了150週年，為表紀念，便特意推出了限定的「酒米之王樣」系列，此作以山田錦作原料米，精米至只剩15％，然後以酒藏最擅長的「協會10號酵母」釀造，特點是酸度極低，果香華麗而甘口，因此令作品甘口柔和。

既然是精米步合15％的精品，聞香相對亦比較淡難，香氣只幽幽的傳出來，入口卻散發著濃郁的蜜瓜、麝香葡萄與香蕉風味，酒體幼滑如絲，味道甘甜可口而優雅怡人，整體感覺非常舒服。適合5-10度冷飲，建議以白葡萄酒杯享用，配搭刺身、海鮮為最佳。

酒藏介紹

提起山形縣的清酒，大家可能會聯想起十四代的高木酒造。但排名僅僅在高木酒造之後的「龜之井酒造」，大家又識唔識呢？創業於1875年的「龜之井酒造」以穩定、頂尖的品質成功贏得山形縣一帶市民的名聲。釀造用的主要酵母之一「小川(10號)酵母」在學師時期已深深吸引了五代目，其特徵除了低酸度且味道清爽之外，亦能充分發揮清酒的水果香氣。之後在昭和時期為了進軍東京，以「くどき上手」這個品牌推出清酒，並以浮世繪作為酒標，繼而大受歡迎。
