「LIBROM」是一個在日本近年興起的年輕清酒銘柄，主打加入各種時令的花卉或高級水果作副原料一同發酵的手工清酒。「Blood Orange」的釀造原料除了米和米麴之外，更加入了多達30公斤的意大利品種血橙一同發酵釀造。所使用的血橙來自福岡縣能古島的「久保田農場」，該農場有長達40年種植血橙的經驗，品質相當有保證。而且釀造時每個血橙都是以人手去皮切割再攪碎，因此酒內保留了果肉所蘊含的營養和纖維，做法與一般果酒完全不一樣，非常新穎，可謂100%的「真.水果酒」。略帶粉橙色的酒液注入杯時散發出清新的柑橘香氣和些許米飯香，入口瞬間甘甜的味道融化於口腔，後味夾雜著柑橘的酸味和苦澀，輕快收結，整體甜度適中，味道平衡。適合冷飲配搭前菜、沙律，或巴馬火腿等富意大利色彩的料理一同享用。

位於福岡市中心的「LIBROM」是一家以釀造Craft Sake為主的酒造。為了成為現今年輕世代熟悉和喜愛的清酒銘柄，酒造在釀造場旁附設了一間小酒館，讓到來的客人可一邊觀賞清酒釀造過程一邊享用新鮮的清酒和小吃，更可與釀酒師直接對話，做法相當新穎。LIBROM除了保留傳統清酒的並行複發酵工藝之外，亦加入各種時令的花卉或水果作副原料一同發酵，作品的清新風格以及有別於一般果酒的口感和味道，令他們很快便成為了城中的熱話，更被冠以「真·高級果酒」的稱號。
