由新派清酒品牌「LIBROM」主理的「茶釀酒」系列一向受到不少酒迷歡迎，而此清酒便是該系列的新作，是一款以廣受普羅大聚歡迎的人氣組合 - 「烏龍茶」和「桃子風味」為釀造概念的創新酒款。「白桃烏龍」的茶底混合了熊本縣「お茶の富澤」的蒸烏龍綠茶茶葉和宮崎縣「甲斐製茶園」的釜炒烏龍茶茶葉，並在製茶過程中採用「蒸」、「烤」等四種不同的傳統工藝製成，務求將傳統和現代的製茶技法結合，為味覺帶來一場奇妙的體驗。將酒注入杯中時，首先感受到桃子的芬芳香氣，接著是烏龍茶微苦和深度的展現，口感滑順帶氣泡感，豐富的層次感和獨特的風味在味蕾上留下了深刻印象，令人欲罷不能。此清酒適合冷凍單飲，或加入梳打水配搭炸物等，暖或熱飲時可加入焙茶、紅茶等配搭鴨肉等較濃味的肉類一同享用。

位於福岡市中心的「LIBROM」是一家以釀造Craft Sake為主的酒造。為了成為現今年輕世代熟悉和喜愛的清酒銘柄，酒造在釀造場旁附設了一間小酒館，讓到來的客人可一邊觀賞清酒釀造過程一邊享用新鮮的清酒和小吃，更可與釀酒師直接對話，做法相當新穎。LIBROM除了保留傳統清酒的並行複發酵工藝之外，亦加入各種時令的花卉或水果作副原料一同發酵，作品的清新風格以及有別於一般果酒的口感和味道，令他們很快便成為了城中的熱話，更被冠以「真·高級果酒」的稱號。
