「LIBROM」是一個在日本近年興起的年輕清酒銘柄，主打加入各種時令的花卉或高級水果作副原料一同發酵的手工清酒。「Grape」以日本葡萄之王「巨峰」為副原料，與往年只加入鮮搾果汁的做法不同，今年酒造加入了葡萄的皮和籽，甘甜的味道之中更多了一種微妙的苦澀感，有如清酒和葡萄酒的混合，絕對值得一試。開瓶散發滿滿的「巨峰葡萄」香氣，來自「瓶內二次發酵」的氣泡感令口感上的清爽度提升，後段的苦澀感和果酸的味道平衡著整體，令人不禁想一杯接一杯。適合單獨品嚐或配搭味噌、關東煮等不同食物一同享用。

位於福岡市中心的「LIBROM」是一家以釀造Craft Sake為主的酒造。為了成為現今年輕世代熟悉和喜愛的清酒銘柄，酒造在釀造場旁附設了一間小酒館，讓到來的客人可一邊觀賞清酒釀造過程一邊享用新鮮的清酒和小吃，更可與釀酒師直接對話，做法相當新穎。LIBROM除了保留傳統清酒的並行複發酵工藝之外，亦加入各種時令的花卉或水果作副原料一同發酵，作品的清新風格以及有別於一般果酒的口感和味道，令他們很快便成為了城中的熱話，更被冠以「真·高級果酒」的稱號。
