石川縣萬歲樂的「加賀梅酒」自1990年推出以來，一直風靡廣大的梅酒迷。全量使用北陸的珍稀梅酒「紅映梅」，受陽光照射時會呈微紅，產量只佔全國梅子的1％，但卻皮薄籽小肉厚，因此是釀造梅酒的優異品種。搭配白山天然湧水與萬歲樂清酒基底釀造，可說是梅酒的親民逸品！
