味道：帶有白桃、香蕉與乳酸飲料般的清爽氣息，酸甜多汁卻帶有微碳酸感，口感清爽怡人，中段有著木桶賦予的木香，伴隨明確的米旨感，收結俐落乾淨

配搭：適合5-8度度冷飲，同時也非常建議熱燗至45-50度品飲，配搭烤魚、豆腐類料理、關東煮及清甜蘿蔔為最佳

此酒是奈良縣Saketime第一位「三諸杉」的作品，以傳達奈良的風土，並還原奈良縣釀酒歷史為最大特色。清酒採用了室町時代發源的奈良正曆寺「菩提酛」，加上奈良縣產山田錦，釀酒後再使用奈良吉野杉木桶進行熟成，造就這款最具「奈良」特色的清酒！作品強調木桶與菩提酛帶來的複雜層次，透明滑順卻不失深度，雖說是原酒但酒精度只有13%，即使是清酒初學者亦能輕鬆飲用！

入口帶有白桃、香蕉與乳酸飲料般的清爽氣息，酸甜多汁卻帶有微碳酸感，口感清爽怡人，中段有著木桶賦予的木香，伴隨明確的米旨感，收結俐落乾淨。雖說是古法釀造的清酒，卻一點也不老套過時，整體印象反倒充滿現代感，令人不禁一杯接一杯。適合5-8冷飲，同時也非常建議熱燗至45-50度品飲，配搭烤魚、豆腐類料理、關東煮及清甜蘿蔔為最佳。

SAKETIME奈良縣排名第一銘柄「みむろ杉」是位於奈良縣三輪市的「今西酒造株式會社」釀造的其中一個系列。三輪市是傳說中「酒神居住之地！」，也是盛產美酒的地方，而「今西酒造」則是該市現僅存的唯一酒造，創業於1660年、已有350年以上的歷史。限定系列「みむろ杉 ‐ろまんシリーズ」清爽甜美的味道更吸引了不少酒迷，絕對值得一試！
