此清酒是由在SAKETIME獲得宮城縣第一位的「寒梅酒造」所釀造的海外限定純米大吟釀！性價比超高，不論宴客或送禮都很合適。作品以極罕見的8%超低精米步合度示人，酒藏只是酒米研磨已用上超過200個小時。開瓶時散發出的果香華麗無比，酒體清澈！超低精米步合度使得清酒在口感上幾乎沒有任何雜味，入口有如鳳梨般的濃郁果香，米旨味柔和，後味利落。建議冷飲配搭生蠔、海鮮、或刺身一共享用，是款少見如此高性價比的上乘佳釀！

酒藏介紹

「寒梅酒造」位於宮城縣，於2011年受東日本大地震影響而導致一度停業，於2013年恢復營運。作品除了自社裁培米，亦只採用宮城縣產的酒造好適米，所出品的清酒酒款基本分成三個系列，其中「宮寒梅」系列便以生產吟釀級或以上酒款為主，約20年前開始輸出海外，口味受很多日本酒愛好家所愛戴。
