此清酒是SAKE TIME宮城縣排名第一「寒梅酒造」高級系列「EXTRA CLASS」中的巔峰作品。將酒造的精髓集結於一身的「吟髄(ぎんずい) 」採用100%自社裁培的「美山錦」作為原料米，並將酒米精磨至極低的19%，除了發揮酒米獨特個性之外，更帶出最純粹無垢的味道。華麗的水果香氣在開瓶瞬間溢出，口感清爽有透明感，如新鮮水果般淡淡的甜味與溫和的米旨味蔓延口腔，後段輕微的果酸感將整體平衡得恰到好處，餘韻乾淨利落，是款出色的作品。適合冷凍單飲，或配搭生蠔、海鮮、刺身等一同享用。

酒藏介紹

位於宮城縣的「寒梅酒造」創業於 1918年，旗下銘柄「宮寒梅」更是SAKETIME宮城縣排名第一的人氣清酒。作品均只採用自社裁培米或宮城縣產的酒造好適米釀造，所出品的酒款基本分成三個系列，而「宮寒梅」系列便以生產吟釀級或以上酒款為主，約20年前開始輸出海外，與別不同的清酒風格令銘柄受到很多日本酒愛好家所愛戴。
