此清酒由酒藏的第六代社長『森嶋正一郎』先生親自擔任釀酒師釀製。由於作品是「無濾過生原酒」的關係，讓人更能品嚐到清酒的原有風味，味道變化亦更多！開瓶後清爽如梨般的果香散發開來，酒體順滑、易入口！「山田錦」的米旨味飽滿，酸味恰到好處，餘韻輕快，是款喝不膩的食中酒。適合冷飲配搭海鮮或碳燒料理一同享用，能讓料理味道更上一層樓！

酒藏介紹

「森島酒造」於1869年創業，酒藏位於與太平洋僅70步之遙的茨城縣日立市，是與海洋十分靠近，擁有150年歷史的百年酒造！酒標的「一粒石」設計是來自2011年3月11日震災時掉落酒藏的大谷石。雖然當時酒藏受災嚴重，但也如向鏡湖面上投下的石子般，在六代目心中泛起追求「自己的風味」的漣漪。其後生產的銘柄不但多次獲得【全國新酒鑑評會】、【Kura Master】、【IWC】等的受賞賞項，作品更被評為「能成為讓料理味道更上一層樓、喝不膩更能刺激食欲的食中酒」，是款不容錯過的清酒！
