Naeba Shuzo was founded in 1907 in Tsunan of Niigata, which is also known as "Land of Snow". It uses pure subflow water from the famous ski area Mount Naeba. The brewery creates distinctly different styles: Yuki no Mayu offers fragrant floral and fruit aromas, while Naebasan is elegantly dry with profound rice umami, and each beloved by fans with different tastes.
