位於京都伏見地區的「日日釀造」由清酒釀造名人- 前「松本酒造」杜氏松本日出彥先生主理，他曾在釀造「釀人九平次」的萬乘酒造工作長達10年，接受高強度的訓練，終於在2020年推出銘柄「日日」。銘柄名稱「日日」取自禪語「日日是好日」，寄予「期盼酒造在未來的不斷成長和進步」，以京都桃山丘陵地區伏見名水為釀造水源，而且所有作品均以高品質的「東條山田錦」和「生酛釀造法」釀造，作品味道表現豐富且有個性，僅創辦三年，便成為了當地排名前五的人氣銘柄，可謂前途無量的清酒界新芽！
