此清酒是來自京都的傳奇清酒「日日」的新作，亦是社長兼杜氏松本日出彥先生「武者修行」後的傑作之一。作品所採用的原料米「玉榮」是滋賀縣產的優質契約栽培酒米，有著適中的苦澀感，因此釀造出來的清酒均有著輕盈口感，相當適合作佐餐酒之選。另外，由於「日日」的酒款具有長期陳釀的潛力，風味會隨著時間推移而變化，因此無論是當下品嚐還是收藏陳年都是不錯的選擇，有興趣的酒迷快來入手吧。開瓶時散發出淡淡柔和的米飯香氣，口感細緻輕盈，輕微的顆粒感令米旨味更加扎實，餘韻悠長。適合冷飲，配搭不同的燉煮菜餚，或濃稠度高的醬汁料理一同享用。

酒藏介紹

位於京都伏見地區的「日日釀造」由清酒釀造名人- 前「松本酒造」杜氏松本日出彥先生主理，他曾在釀造「釀人九平次」的萬乘酒造工作長達10年，接受高強度的訓練，終於在2020年推出銘柄「日日」。銘柄名稱「日日」取自禪語「日日是好日」，寄予「期盼酒造在未來的不斷成長和進步」，以京都桃山丘陵地區伏見名水為釀造水源，而且大部份作品均以高品質的「東條山田錦」和「生酛釀造法」釀造，作品味道表現豐富且有個性，僅創辦三年，便成為了當地排名前五的人氣銘柄，可謂前途無量的清酒界新芽！
