酒造介紹
位於京都伏見地區的「日日釀造」由清酒釀造名人- 前「松本酒造」杜氏松本日出彥先生主理,他曾在釀造「釀人九平次」的萬乘酒造工作長達10年,接受高強度的訓練,終於在2020年推出銘柄「日日」。銘柄名稱「日日」取自禪語「日日是好日」,寄予「期盼酒造在未來的不斷成長和進步」,以京都桃山丘陵地區伏見名水為釀造水源,而且大部份作品均以高品質的「東條山田錦」和「生酛釀造法」釀造,作品味道表現豐富且有個性,僅創辦三年,便成為了當地排名前五的人氣銘柄,可謂前途無量的清酒界新芽!
