山口酒造場位於福岡縣久留米市，於2015年-2019年連續5年獲全國新酒鑑評會金賞，而且每屆都於福岡縣酒類鑑評會都獲金賞。酒造希望釀造婉約優雅，適合男女享用，能夠完美配搭多種料理的清酒，同時酒藏認為季節酒最能與時令食材配搭，因此每季都會推出2款季節限定酒。酒造鄰近肥沃的築後川，因此有著優質的水源，能夠培植優質的糸島產「山田錦」及福岡地元酒米如「夢一獻」等，喜歡淡麗優雅的飲家絕對值得一試。
