在群馬縣有著數一數二人氣的清酒銘柄「尾瀬の雪どけ」以推出以來備受酒迷追捧，而此清酒便是銘柄一年只釀造一回的季節限定酒款。「初しぼり」意思是指初次進行上槽的酒醪中萃取的清酒，亦可稱為「新酒」，由於初榨酒的酒體還未完全熟成，有著與別不同的新鮮口感與透明感，加上「生酒」在釀造後沒有經過「火入れ」程序，清酒風味更突出，層次感亦更豐富，十分適合與不同的食物配搭享用。開瓶散發蘋果、洋梨般的清幽香氣，入口口感滑順透明，甘甜的味道夾雜柔和舒適的果酸感，餘韻輕盈。是一款適合冷飲，配搭海鮮、壽司，或油脂感較重的料理如炸物、串燒等一同享用。

酒藏介紹

位於群馬縣的「龍神酒造」創立於1597年，是一家擁有悠久歷史的清酒老號。以由「尾瀨」的雪融水聚集而成的名泉 - 「龍神の井戸」為釀造水源，他們堅持釀造的每一個步驟均以純手工作業，儘管每年僅釀製約1300石的酒，但他們的執著和專注，令作品在「全國新酒鑑評會」中連續贏得金賞的殊榮。而酒造旗下所釀製的「尾瀬の雪どけ」清酒系列，以芳香濃郁的水果味道聞名，是不僅在本縣名列前茅，更在全國享有盛譽的高品質人氣清酒。
