「尾瀬の雪どけ」一向以釀造香甜的純米大吟釀為主，但卻一反常態，破格地推出這款芳醇辛口的食中酒。酒標開宗明義標示了大量「魚」部首的文字，並以日本壽司店常見的裝飾作設計，視覺上犀利奪目，自自然然令人聯想到不同的魚類。

位於群馬縣的「龍神酒造」創立於1597年，是一家擁有悠久歷史的清酒老號。以由「尾瀨」的雪融水聚集而成的名泉 - 「龍神の井戸」為釀造水源，他們堅持釀造的每一個步驟均以純手工作業，儘管每年僅釀製約1300石的酒，但他們的執著和專注，令作品在「全國新酒鑑評會」中連續贏得金賞的殊榮。而酒造旗下所釀製的「尾瀬の雪どけ」清酒系列，以芳香濃郁的水果味道聞名，是不僅在本縣名列前茅，更在全國享有盛譽的高品質人氣清酒。
