瀧自慢一直以釀造百喝不厭的食中酒為目標，這定番酒款正是其招牌作。酒標同時兼具「芳醇風味」「濃厚旨味」「清爽」「華麗新鮮的果香」，雖然日本酒度+10，但卻正好反映了此酒豐富多變的層次與複雜度。入口有蘋果及水晶梨等果香，然後有芳醇濃厚的米旨味，收結清爽乾淨。這類特質最適合作為食中酒享用，建議冷飲，配搭豬牛羊等紅肉，或是以醬油烹調的菜式。即使是濃油赤醬的中菜，或是香料感重的西餐，甚至是油脂感重的肉類，都非常適合配搭，難怪此酒被用作「伊勢志摩G7 Summit」晚餐會食中酒！

酒藏介紹

瀧自慢酒造位於日本三重縣伊賀盆地，1868年創立，剛好與明治天皇即位同年。酒造的目標是「與其百人一杯，不如一人暢飲百杯」，主張釀造非常耐飲，讓人欲罷不能的清酒。酒藏名為瀧自慢，意指引以為豪的瀑布，附近的赤目四十八滝的軟水更入選「平成名水百選」，清酒柔軟之餘有著清晰明亮的酸度。旗下作品「瀧自慢純米大吟釀」更曾被選為2016庠伊勢志摩G7峰會的乾杯酒，多次於全國新酒鑑評會、Kura Master及IWC獲得金獎，可見實力非凡。
