東洋美人旗艦作品「壱番纏」象徵著社內第一的意思，雖然與另一款旗艦作品「愛山特吟純米大吟釀」相比，聲勢或許有所差異，但來頭絕不簡單：她於SAKE COMPETITION中，擊敗「十四代」等260款清酒，榮獲「純米大吟釀組」亞軍；更是2016年俄國總統普京訪日時，於會場飲用的日本酒。此酒香氣華麗而酒體優雅，絕對是可登大雅之堂的好酒。

開瓶已散發著濃郁的吟釀香，帶有白花、蜜瓜、梨子、富士蘋果等優雅的花果香調，令人不禁期待。入口依然能清晰的享受上述香氣，口感柔滑，微微甘口卻不膩人，餘韻悠長而清爽，非常適合細細品味。建議以5-15度冷飲，以葡萄酒杯享用，搭配壽司、刺身、白肉及中式海鮮料理。

酒藏介紹

創業於大正10年(即1921年)的「澄川酒造場」位於山口縣，以清酒銘柄「東洋美人」為人所熟悉。第4代社長兼杜氏澄川宜史先生曾於釀造清酒之王「十四代」的「高木酒造」學習釀酒技術，繼承酒藏之後，以「釀造出可以突顯酒米的圓潤、甜味和鮮味的清酒」為目標，釀造出的作品有著怡人的吟釀香氣、柔軟的質感以及平衡的味道，給人十分深刻的印象，更令銘柄成為山口縣SAKETIME排名的第二位，更被SAKETIME喻為代表著「芳醇旨口(豐富美味)」的新世代。
