此清酒由秋田縣話題清酒系列「NEXT FIVE」成員山本友文先生主理釀造，亦是銘柄「山本」的招牌作品。「Pure Black」的釀造原料為秋田縣引以為傲的名種酒米「秋田酒小町」，由酒米精磨到釀造均在藏內監督進行，可謂集匠人的釀造技術於一身的作品。開瓶散發柑橘般輕巧怡人的香氣，十分易入口，有著「山本」具標誌性的清爽口感以及柔順的酸度，收結俐落，整體甘酸平衡有層次，非常推薦給想認識此人氣銘柄的酒迷。適合冷飲配搭炸物、火鍋、燒肉、串燒等油脂感較重的料理一同享用。

酒藏介紹

創業於1901年的「山本酒造店」位於秋田縣，以世界遺產白神山地的天然湧泉水為釀造水源。現任酒藏藏主山本友文先生32歲的時候從美國回到日本並開始釀酒的生涯，是清酒系列「NEXT FIVE」的成員之一。主張「清酒釀造不只是在於質素，更希望可以藉著清酒去分享快樂」，所推出的清酒系列「山本」均以五種秋田米及五種不同的酵母打造，更嶄新地以不同的顏色作名稱，作品均有著輕巧的香氣、清爽的收結、以及柔順的酸度，是十分適合配搭不同食物享用的清酒系列。
